Highlights
About this spot
Vines, wide views, Wöllstein. Your bubble tent stands at Weingut Müller, by the quiet Appelbach stream, right where the hills of the Rheinhessische Schweiz begin. By day you see vineyards; at night, a sky that stays pleasantly dark, far from any big light sources.
The winery has been run by the same family for three generations and started out as a mill. Today it's a winery with a wine shop and guest house. And your host is a genuine Rheinhessen Wine Queen – host Eva is a winemaker herself and part of the family business. You can taste the Müller family's fine wines in the wine lounge under the plane trees, and a wine tasting is available on request.
Wine, warmth and wide views – that's all you need.
Then the evening awaits: you can book the hot tub and sauna – for relaxation and time together, as much and as long as you like. Or take an evening stroll along the bird trail that starts right at the farm, or ride rental bikes through the hills. An outdoor pool is just around the corner.
Please note: There's also a pitch for campers on the property. However, the bubble tent area with hot tub and sauna is separated from the camping area, so you can enjoy your getaway in a quiet, private atmosphere.

Your hosts
Hello, I'm Eva and I'm a winemaker. I'm thrilled to be able to show guests my wonderful home region. In 2020/21, I had the honour of representing German wine, and especially my home region, as German Wine Majesty. In 2026, I was named the 3rd best young winemaker in Germany by the DLR. I live for wine and for bringing Rheinhessen hospitality to the world. You absolutely have to experience the “Wild West of Rheinhessen”! The best way is with a good glass of wine from our winery. I hope to see you soon!

Rheinhessen does hills too: the Rheinhessische Schweiz around Wöllstein has heathland, rocks and castle ruins, and a few kilometres further on lies Bad Kreuznach with its thermal baths and salt works. Here are our favourite spots.
Spring in the English Garden in Bad Kreuznach: tulip beds, old trees and wide lawns are perfect for strolls and picnics.

Frequent questions
Everything you need to know about booking and payment. Still stuck? Just message our friendly team in the chat.
There's no kitchen on site. Please bring your own food – or you'll find restaurants and culinary tips on the Bubble Tent Rheinhessen location page.
Please contact the host 24 hours before you arrive and let them know your planned arrival time.
Check-in takes place in the winery office on your day of arrival – please call 30 minutes before you arrive.
We'll be happy to tell you about current events when you arrive.
We ask you to treat nature, the facilities and the neighbours with consideration, so that all guests can have a pleasant experience.
For safety reasons, open fire isn't allowed inside the bubble. If you have any questions about permitted fire pits, please contact your host on site directly.
That depends on the location. In the search, you can select the "Dogs welcome" filter. The listing will also give you more information – for example, that dogs are usually only allowed in the airlock chamber and that you'll need to bring a dog basket.
For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, 85% of the booking amount will be refunded; the remaining 15% is retained as a service & transaction fee. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, 20% of the booking amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for cancellations after that. You can easily cancel yourself under “My booking”. The refund is made automatically to the original payment method. Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge for the same location up to 10 days before arrival. Depending on the dates you choose, you may need to pay the difference or receive a refund. You can easily reschedule yourself under “My booking”.
No, unfortunately that isn't technically possible. The refund is made automatically to the original payment method. If you paid for your booking fully or partly with a voucher, that portion will be credited back to your voucher.
Our regular cancellation terms also apply in the event of illness. Unfortunately, this means a short-notice cancellation free of charge isn't possible, even if you can't travel due to illness.
We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when you book, which also covers illness. That way, you're financially protected just in case.
The bubbles are built to be weatherproof, so rain won't spoil your nature experience. Thanks to the transparent roof, you can look outside from the comfort of your bed, even when it's raining.
The temperature inside generally follows the temperature outside. Depending on the location, electric blankets or additional heating are available, so you can stay cosy on cooler days. On warmer days, some locations also have a fan.
Please note that even on warm days, it can cool down considerably at night. On hot days, we therefore recommend enjoying the late afternoon and early evening outside first and only heading into the bubble tent in the evening. That way, you'll make your stay especially pleasant.
We recommend dressing for the season and, in cooler temperatures, bringing extra warm clothing and blankets, as this is a nature experience.
