Highlights
About this spot
At Bubble Tent Peine, you get the full package. You have everything a wellness short break needs – minus strangers telling you their life stories in the hot tub or loudspeaker announcements shooing you out of the water.
Instead, there's plenty of time and space for the two of you in the middle of the greenery: heat up the hot tub, and if you'd like it even warmer, sweat out your everyday worries in the sauna. And when night falls, the stars await you above the bubble tent. Not ready for bed yet? Then make yourselves comfortable on the veranda in front of the cottage and enjoy the evening for two.
“Peine, my pride and joy! This is where nature and wellness meet.”
Markus, founder of Book a Bubble
Excellent prospects – of the starry sky and a restful getaway. Peine is our “Bubble Lab”: the testing ground where, since day one, we've been working out what a bubble tent stay without any compromise looks like. The result is an idyll in the heart of northern Germany, built for wellness short breaks at your own pace.

Moin, I'm Markus! As the founder of Bubble Tent Deutschland, I'm especially delighted to welcome you to Peine. This is where I made my dream come true as a founder. I wanted to create an extravagant location – a bubble hotel, so to speak!

Don't worry – Bubble Tent Peine and Bubble Tent Braunschweiger Land share the same plot, but are clearly separated.
Plenty of space, a fence and your own separate entrances mean you'll never have to share your getaway with other guests.
So you get the peace of a secluded retreat – whichever of the two bubble tents you choose.
In short: the same view of the stars, different surroundings. Both bubble tents come with the same lovingly chosen basics – a freshly made, cosy double bed, seating and a telescope for discoveries together.
The difference lies in what's around them:
At Bubble Tent Peine you bring a wellness short break into the garden – with your own hot tub, sauna and a cottage as an extra retreat.
At Bubble Tent Braunschweiger Land, the little sister, the focus is on your getaway and the bubble tent stay itself: more pared-back, but with sun loungers in the garden and plenty of room to unwind together.
The two share a plot, but are built completely separately. At Book a Bubble, privacy comes as standard – no upgrade needed.
Yes, you'll take care of heating it – suitable wood is provided at the bubble tent. Allow around two hours for this.
We ask you to treat nature, the facilities and the neighbours with consideration, so that all guests can have a pleasant experience.
For safety reasons, open fire isn't allowed inside the bubble. If you have any questions about permitted fire pits, please contact your host on site directly.
That depends on the location. In the search, you can select the "Dogs welcome" filter. The listing will also give you more information – for example, that dogs are usually only allowed in the airlock chamber and that you'll need to bring a dog basket.
For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, 85% of the booking amount will be refunded; the remaining 15% is retained as a service & transaction fee. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, 20% of the booking amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for cancellations after that. You can easily cancel yourself under “My booking”. The refund is made automatically to the original payment method. If you paid with a voucher, that portion will be credited back to your voucher.
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge for the same location up to 10 days before arrival. Depending on the dates you choose, you may need to pay the difference or receive a refund. You can easily reschedule yourself under “My booking”.
No, unfortunately that isn't technically possible. The refund is made automatically to the original payment method. If you paid for your booking fully or partly with a voucher, that portion will be credited back to your voucher.
Our regular cancellation terms also apply in the event of illness. Unfortunately, this means a short-notice cancellation free of charge isn't possible, even if you can't travel due to illness.
We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when you book, which also covers illness. That way, you're financially protected just in case.
The bubbles are built to be weatherproof, so rain won't spoil your nature experience. Thanks to the transparent roof, you can look outside from the comfort of your bed, even when it's raining.
The temperature inside generally follows the temperature outside. Depending on the location, electric blankets or additional heating are available, so you can stay cosy on cooler days. On warmer days, some locations also have a fan.
Please note that even on warm days, it can cool down considerably at night. On hot days, we therefore recommend enjoying the late afternoon and early evening outside first and only heading into the bubble tent in the evening. That way, you'll make your stay especially pleasant.
We recommend dressing for the season and, in cooler temperatures, bringing extra warm clothing and blankets, as this is a nature experience.
