Yes, you're welcome to book our sauna! For €90 you can enjoy our VIP sauna exclusively for the two of you. Alternatively, you can use the sauna area together with other hotel guests for €30. The sauna is available between 10 am and 6 pm, by prior arrangement only and subject to availability.

In principle, the temperature inside follows the temperature outside – so you can still feel nature!
In the bubble tent you're snugly wrapped up with down duvets and an electric blanket, so your bubble tent stay can be cosy in every season. If needed, you can also book a fan heater suitable for the bubble (€20 per day).

Yes, depending on the weather and temperature differences, condensation can form and the bubble may steam up temporarily. That's completely natural for a transparent bubble and won't affect your overnight experience. As soon as conditions change, the view usually clears again.

We ask you to treat nature, the facilities and the neighbours with consideration, so that all guests can have a pleasant experience.

For safety reasons, open fire isn't allowed inside the bubble. If you have any questions about permitted fire pits, please contact your host on site directly.

That depends on the location. In the search, you can select the "Dogs welcome" filter. The listing will also give you more information – for example, that dogs are usually only allowed in the airlock chamber and that you'll need to bring a dog basket.

For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, 85% of the booking amount will be refunded; the remaining 15% is retained as a service & transaction fee. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, 20% of the booking amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for cancellations after that. You can easily cancel yourself under “My booking”. The refund is made automatically to the original payment method. If you paid with a voucher, that portion will be credited back to your voucher.

Our regular cancellation terms also apply in the event of illness. Unfortunately, this means a short-notice cancellation free of charge isn't possible, even if you can't travel due to illness.

We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when you book, which also covers illness. That way, you're financially protected just in case.

The bubbles are built to be weatherproof, so rain won't spoil your nature experience. Thanks to the transparent roof, you can look outside from the comfort of your bed, even when it's raining.

Please note that even on warm days, it can cool down considerably at night. On hot days, we therefore recommend enjoying the late afternoon and early evening outside first and only heading into the bubble tent in the evening. That way, you'll make your stay especially pleasant.

We recommend dressing for the season and, in cooler temperatures, bringing extra warm clothing and blankets, as this is a nature experience.
